I have always had a positive experience at Clarksburg Animal Hospital. Not only are the doctors extremely knowledgeable, they and the entire staff also are very kind and compassionate. When I had to put my dog to sleep because of increasing medical issues, they went out of their way to show their kindness and understanding, and that they cared not only for my dog but also for me and how difficult that decision was for me to make.
The entire staff are incredible. I have rarely found a place where both my dog and I feel at ease entering. The techs are extremely friendly, and patient. When I first moved to the DCM, I was nervous to take my dog in as he was very skittish. Those fears were dispelled after witnessing the staff taking the time to make my dog feel comfortable before performing any exams.
I have been taking my four legged babies to Clarksburg animal hospital for years. I had a really sick puppy and they called several times over the weekend to check on him. Just like family!!
