Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances only at the sole discretion of Clarksburg Animal Hospital’s management. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Check Policy: ​Please endorse checks to “Clarksburg Animal Hospital” We do not accept post dated checks nor temporary checks.
In the unfortunate event a check is returned to us:

• You will be assessed a Returned Check fee of $30.
• We will not resubmit the original check
• The balance shall be paid in full with either cash or credit card.
• Any future transactions with us will need to be paid with cash or credit card.

CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Clarksburg Animal Hospital understands this and accepts payment through the CareCredit program.
