Prompt Payment

Payment is due at time of service. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances only at the sole discretion of Clarksburg Animal Hospital's management.

Check Policy

Please endorse checks to "Clarksburg Animal Hospital". We do not accept post dated checks nor temporary checks. In the unfortunate event a check is returned to us:

• You will be assessed a Returned Check fee of $30.
• We will not resubmit the original check
• The balance shall be paid in full with either cash or credit card.
• Any future transactions with us will need to be paid with cash or credit card.
