Should your pet require medical care outside of our regular business hours, the following list of emergency facilities are recommended by Clarksburg Animal Hospital. If you are having an emergency with your pet during normal business hours, please call us as soon as possible to arrange for the care of your pet. This will allow us to handle your pet's situation with the utmost efficiency.

Vet Referral, aka "The Barn", is a specialty veterinary hospital where internal medicine, surgery, oncology, radiation oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology and 24 hour intensive care are all available to your pet. |

MEAC has been around a very long time as an emergency clinic in this area. They are located fairly close to White Flint Mall which is a bit far from Clarksburg, but still a good option. During normal business hours, this facility operates an excellent cardiology clinic. |

While Ellicott city sounds far, they are only 30 minutes away from Clarksburg. They are also easy to find - only 1 mile away from their exit on Route I-70 East. |
